What can be arranged

Each service below is provided by HomeCure. The links open HomeCure’s own English pages.

  A doctor comes to your home to examine you in person.

  Confirm with the coordinator: the doctor's specialty, your district, the timing and the full price.

• Home nursing

  Nursing care at home, for example wound care, care after an operation, or injections as prescribed.

  Confirm with the coordinator: what the nurse can do, what prescription or paperwork is needed, and the full price.

• Lab sample collection at home

  A sample is collected at your home and taken to a laboratory.

  Confirm with the coordinator: which tests, any preparation such as fasting, and how you receive results.

• Imaging at home

  Some imaging can be done at home. Ask what can be done at home for your situation.

  Confirm with the coordinator: whether your scan can be done at home at all, and who reads the report.

  Heart tests at home: ECG, echocardiogram and Holter monitoring.

  Confirm with the coordinator: which test you need, how long it takes, and how the result is reviewed.

How remote care and home care fit together

A remote consultation can lead to a home test, and a home test can be reviewed remotely. If a doctor thinks you need an examination or a test in person, the coordinator can help arrange it. If it needs hospital care, you will be advised to go.

Availability

Availability depends on your district and is confirmed by the coordinator. We cannot promise a visit on the day you ask. A message or click never confirms an appointment. To see what remote care can and cannot do, read the scope page.

Common questions

Who provides the home services?

HomeCure, our sister service under Critical Solutions. TeleCure is the remote-care service of the same company, and the coordinator helps connect the two.

Which areas do you cover?

Home services are in Greater Cairo. Ask the coordinator to confirm that your district is covered.

Can I get a visit on the day I ask?

We cannot promise that. The coordinator confirms what is available and when before you agree.

Do I need a remote consultation first?

Not always. Tell the coordinator what you need. A remote consultation can help decide which visit or test is right, and a doctor can advise if one is needed.
