Our services
There are two ways to get care with TeleCure: remotely, by video or phone, or at home, through our sister service HomeCure. The services are described below. Ask the coordinator to confirm which one fits your situation, the timing and the full price before you agree.
In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
Remotely, by video or phone
Remote consultations

Care for a parent or relative
Many requests come from family members. If you are arranging care for someone else, read how it works for families.
Not sure which service you need?
Ask the coordinator. A call, a message or a click does not confirm an appointment, so you can ask questions first. To see what remote care can and cannot do, read the scope page.
In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
Medical emergency
TeleCure does not provide emergency care. In Egypt, call the ambulance on 123.
