Contact the coordinator
The coordinator is your first contact at TeleCure. You can call or send a WhatsApp message from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Cairo time, every day. Please do not use these channels for emergencies.
Call or message
In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
Coordinator hours: 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, Cairo time, every day. If you cannot get through, or you write outside these hours, leave a short message and the coordinator will reply during working hours. These are the coordinator’s hours, not a promise that a doctor is available at a given time, and a message does not confirm an appointment.
Calling from outside Egypt
Use the international format: +20 104 449 9822 for calls and WhatsApp.
If an email address is available, it is shown above next to the call and WhatsApp buttons. Please do not send medical details by email.
What to write in your first message
- The name of the service you want, for example “remote consultation”, “second opinion” or “home nursing”.
- For a home service, your district in Greater Cairo.
- Whether you are writing for someone else, such as a parent.
What not to send
Please do not send medical details, test results, photos or files in your first message. The coordinator will explain how records are shared, and what is needed, before you send anything. Never send passwords, bank card numbers or one-time codes.
What happens next
The coordinator replies, explains the service, and confirms who will see you, the timing and the full price. You then decide whether to go ahead. Read the four steps or the questions we are asked most.
Medical emergency
If someone may be in danger now, do not wait for a reply. In Egypt, call the ambulance on 123. TeleCure does not provide emergency care, and messages to us are not monitored for emergencies.
