Accessibility on the TeleCure website
We want everyone to be able to read this website and get in touch, including older people, people with low vision, people who use a keyboard or a screen reader, and people who read Arabic or English. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
Large, readable text
Body text is set large by default, with generous spacing between lines, in both English and Arabic. You can enlarge text or zoom the page to 200% without losing content.
Clear colour contrast
Text and buttons are set with enough contrast against their background, and we do not rely on colour alone to show meaning.
Keyboard use and visible focus
Every link and button can be reached with the Tab key, and the item you are on is outlined clearly. A “Skip to main content” link appears at the start of each page.
Easy-to-press buttons
Links and buttons are at least 44 pixels tall, so they are easier to press on a phone or with limited hand control.
Arabic and English
Arabic pages are laid out right to left and tagged with their language, so screen readers choose the correct voice. Phone numbers stay in a fixed left-to-right order so they are read correctly.
Works without scripts
The site does not need JavaScript to show its content, open its menu or answer its questions. It has no pop-ups, no auto-playing video or sound, and no moving content that cannot be paused.
Respects your settings
If your device is set to reduce motion, the site removes its small animations.
Ways to reach us that do not need the website
You never need an account, a form or a video call to contact TeleCure. You can call the coordinator, or send a message on WhatsApp. Please send only the service name in your first message, and no medical details or files, until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
Known limits
- This website is new, and we may have missed problems. We keep improving it and review this page when something changes.
- Some links lead to other sites, such as HomeCure and social media pages. We do not control how accessible those sites are.
- A video consultation needs a device with a camera and a steady connection. If that is difficult for you, ask for a phone consultation instead.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this website is hard to read or use, please tell the coordinator by phone or WhatsApp. Say which page it was and what made it difficult. We will reply with the information you needed in another way and use your report to improve the page.
Medical emergency
Do not use this website to get urgent help. In Egypt, call the ambulance on 123.
Common questions
Can I use TeleCure without a video call?
Yes. You can phone the coordinator, and a consultation can be by phone instead of video. Tell the coordinator which suits you.
What should I do if I cannot use a page on this website?
Call or message the coordinator and say which page you could not use. The coordinator can give you the same information in another way, and we will use your report to fix the page.
