About TeleCure: standards and how we work

TeleCure is the remote-care service of Critical Solutions, the company behind HomeCure. It was set up by a consultant-led medical team to make it easier to get a doctor’s advice without travelling, and to arrange in-person care at home when it is needed.

In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.

How we work

What we do not do

Critical Solutions, HomeCure and TeleCure

Critical Solutions is the company. It runs two services. HomeCure delivers care at home in Greater Cairo, such as doctor visits, nursing, lab sample collection, imaging and cardiac tests. TeleCure provides remote care: consultations by video or phone, report reviews and follow-up. The two work together. A remote consultation can lead to a home test, and a home test can be reviewed remotely. Read about home services and the services we offer.
