Medical emergency? Call 123
If you think someone’s life or health is in immediate danger in Egypt, call the ambulance on 123 now. TeleCure does not provide emergency care, and our phone line, WhatsApp and email are not monitored for emergencies.
Call 123 straight away for signs like these
This list is not complete. If you are worried, call.
- Chest pain, pressure or tightness, especially with sweating, nausea or breathlessness.
- Sudden difficulty breathing.
- Fainting, collapse, or someone who cannot be woken.
- Signs of a stroke: the face drooping, weakness in an arm or leg, or difficulty speaking — even if they pass.

- Thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
While you wait for the ambulance
- Stay with the person and keep your phone line free.
- Unlock the door and, if you can, ask someone to meet the ambulance.
- Have the person’s medicines and recent medical reports ready.
- If you have chest pain, do not drive yourself.
If you are outside Egypt
If you are in another country and you are in danger, call that country’s emergency number — 123 works only in Egypt. If you are abroad and your relative in Egypt is in danger, call someone who is with them or nearby and ask them to call 123.
After an emergency
Once the emergency is over and the person has been assessed, we can help with what comes next — for example follow-up after a hospital stay or a home nursing visit through HomeCure.
