Medical emergency in Egypt? Call the ambulance on 123. TeleCure does not provide emergency care.

How TeleCure works

You start by telling the coordinator what you need, by phone or WhatsApp. The coordinator explains the service, who will see you, the timing and the full price, and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is booked until you have agreed.

In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.

Four steps

  1. Tell the coordinator what you need

Call, or send a WhatsApp message. In your first message, write the service name, for example “remote consultation”. For a home service, add your district. Please do not send medical details or files yet.

  2. Confirm before you agree

The coordinator tells you who will see you, whether it is by video, phone or at home, the timing, the full price and what it includes, and how your records will be shared. Ask anything you are unsure about. You can say no at this stage.

  3. Have your consultation or visit

A doctor speaks with you by video or phone, or the HomeCure team visits you at home in Greater Cairo. A relative can join if you agree.

  4. Agree the next steps

You receive advice, and the clinician may suggest a follow-up, a referral, a home service, or being seen in person or at a hospital. The clinician decides this based on what can be assessed safely.

Who this is for

TeleCure is for questions that are not an emergency, from patients in Egypt or abroad. If you are a relative arranging care for someone else, read arranging care for a relative. If you are located outside Egypt, please ask the coordinator first, because we may not be able to help.

Remote care and in-person care

A doctor cannot examine you through a screen. If something needs to be felt, heard, measured or tested in person, the clinician will say so and the coordinator can help arrange it, including at home through HomeCure. Read more about what remote care can and cannot do.

What a click or message does not do

Sending a message, pressing a button or opening WhatsApp does not book or confirm an appointment. An appointment exists only when the coordinator has confirmed the details with you and you have agreed. This website does not diagnose or assess how urgent a problem is.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel, tell the coordinator as early as you can. Ask about the change and cancellation arrangements before you agree, so that you know them in advance.

Start now

In your first message, send the service name only. Please do not send medical details or files until the coordinator explains how records are shared.
